Put ringtones from the iTunes Store

Open the iTunes Store

Open iTunes
Click with the right mouse button on the song you want to turn into a ringtone and click on Information:
Now go to Options and put the check on Start and End by choosing the points of the song you prefer. You will need to enter a maximum of 30 seconds.
Click again with the right mouse button on the song and go to the Create AAC Conversion entry.
Now the file will be converted from MP3 to AAC which is the only supported format for ringtones on iOS.
Now click on the file again with the right mouse button and select on Show in or on Show in Finder if you are using a Mac.
Change the file extension from .m4a to .m4r

Go to Ringtone entry on iTunes and drag the new .m4r file to the list

Now connect your iPhone to the computer with the USB cable
Click on the device icon from the iTunes menu
Go to the Ringtones entry in the sidebar
Enable ringtone synchronization:

Select the ringtones you want or sync all the ones you’ve created

Synchronize everything using the Sync button on iTunes
Your ringtone has been created and uploaded to iPhone
Now just go to Settings> Sounds> Ringtones and set it as your default ringtone.

Note: if you do not have songs on iTunes, then you can use the tool on Tones7. Upload the Mp3 file of the song, cut the piece you prefer and turn it into a ringtone.
